②The adjustment of the machine tool: mainly adjust the position of the band saw blade, the saw teeth should just protrude from the
edge of the wheel; if the saw blade will run out or run in, you can loosen the movable gear sleeve on the handwheel shaft to
adjust the rear carriage High or low, the aluminum sheet will also follow the positive position, and then press into the gear
sleeve. At this time, the two carriages of the handwheel will be raised or lowered at the same time. The adjustment is completed
by raising the saw blade and adding the balance iron.
③Trial run: After adjusting the band saw blade, try to start, see if the direction of rotation is consistent with the
requirements, see if there is any looseness or abnormal noise, and then start the operation after everything is normal.
